Hello readers i hope you are all well and getting though this tough time as best as you can. I have not been around for a while and there are many reasons for this, i started a new job which has been keeping me busy, home schooling which is a challenge and dealing with some personal loss to our family over this time.
It is fair to say that i have been struggling with things over the last few months and i have been finding it difficult to cope with situation we all find ourselves in.
I am lucky i have a great family with me who offer great supp'rt and help, but sometimes it you need more. Mental health has been forgotten about over this year and as we come to the end of this tough time a number of people are going to need help to get back on their feet and go back to life. It is going to be very hard for people and those people will need support from others to get though.
I want to move this channel into a area which can offer some form of help to those who need it and want it. Sometimes it is the smallest things that make the difference and if that is someone reading a blog or sending me a article to post up or if they want to join me on YouTube and talk about life, rugby and whatever else, if that makes the difference i am all in.
I am starting the new YouTube channel very soon and will be looking for people to come on and have a chat with, just average people who want to have a chat about life and rugby.
Keep an eye out for the first couple of videos coming up soon.
I will also be writing up about the latest rugby news.
Plus we will be focusing on some issues around mental health across all age groups and genders but with a strong focus on men's mental health and trying to get people to talk about there challenges and achievements in the battle of mental health.
